The same reason rs gold thats been said many times. MMOrpg Massively MULTIPLAYER on the internet role playing game. Things are already so singleplayer as it is. The community interaction is the reason I play this, rather than say, skyrim. I like the competition (it makes things enjoyable, and itll make the economy go up since less resources are entering the game) I really like going about rs farming/slaying and discovering people to talk to while I ability. I want to be able to go to any kind of city in rs and see PLAYERS not just npc ghost towns. Id prefer if we had about 60 worlds (1K people per world) But I could be cool with say One hundred too.
Long story short, I love player interaction and want to see more of Cheap Runescape Precious metal. Random player interaction, speaking just for the heck of it. Not because we need each other to complete a task, but just to interact socially.
I dont agree with a reduction in worlds. I think, at least for now, it should be remaining as it is. I have a number of reasons for feeling this way, many of which other contributors to this thread share.
1. Lag, Lag, Lag and more lag. Reduce the number of worlds, increase the number of gamers per world and the lag will rise in direct proportion. Its no use faking this wont happen, because it may. Unless and until Jagex lastly get their fingers out as well as do something about their game mechanics this wont change.
2. Competition for resources and/or bosses. If too many players are jammed up together there will inevitably be losers during these 2 areas. More rage will be induced on top of the rage already present from much more excessive lag.
3. The game community (or certain parts of it). Sad as it is to confess, there are just as many people you would go out of your way to avoid in the game today, as there are who you would be prepared to be friends with. The way some players keep on is vomit-inducing, and I for one dont want to be forced into any nearer contact with this behaviour than I am already.
I may remind you that some otherwise most of the decrease of players in Cheap RS Gold went to 07 RS. so the equivalent peopl (roughly) still perform Runescape. Those at 07 Urs went there to keep the challenge and i may add that there is still plunty associated with competition there. The main reason there isn't any competition on RS3 is because of the mini-games. It is simply easier and quicker to level skills inside the respective mini-game reducing worlds wont change that, if anything it'll increase the lag in mini-games and for people who work at minimal wage. buying a computer http://www.rsore.com/ that deals with some of the best graphic cards simply to not log on graphic upon crowded words is simply not possible
